We manufacture and deliver instrument panels for construction machinery and forklifts, as well as agricultural machinery (such as tractors), using insert molding and large molding machines.
In the case of complex shapes, if the mold does not take into account factors such as draft angles and wall thickness, demolding becomes difficult. Incorporating such issues during the product design phase reduces the need for mold modifications and ultimately leads to lower costs. We deliver molded products that have passed strict inspections regarding dimensions, including those with features like tabs for assembly. We use injection molding machines ranging from 450t to 850t. We have experience with insert molding using a 450t injection molding machine.
